At Lehnga Choli, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to request a refund, please review the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Items must be in perfect condition, with original tags intact. Damaged, worn, or ripped items will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable for stitched or customized items.
  • Refund requests must be made within 3 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse/shop at their own expense.

Refund Process

  • Our Customer Service team will guide you through the refund request.
  • Items sent for a refund will undergo inspection before approval.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only (cash refunds are not available).
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases or exchanges.

Important Notes

  • Processing Delays: If an unstitched item has an unexpected delay, you may receive store credit valid for 90 days.
  • Color Variations: We do not offer refunds for slight color differences due to device brightness settings.
  • International Orders: Refunds are not available for international purchases.
  • Shipping Costs: Refunds apply to the product price only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to reject refund requests due to damages, invalid claims, or unprofessional behavior.
