Exchange & Refund Policy
At Lehnga Choli, we value customer satisfaction and offer a flexible exchange policy for unstitched items. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating an exchange request.
Important Notes:
- Only unstitched items are eligible for exchange.
- Stitched and customized articles cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We reserve the right to approve or decline exchange requests based on eligibility.
1. Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
- Be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging intact).
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Be available in stock for exchange. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Online purchases can only be exchanged through our online channels, with a processing time of 2-3 weeks.
Note: Due to the nature of our products, each case is handled at our sole discretion.
2. Exchange Timeframe
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
- The item must reach our facility within 3-5 working days of the exchange request.
- If the exchange parcel is not handed over during delivery attempts, additional exchange and delivery fees will apply for re-delivery.
- Faulty items (stains, defects, wrong product) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Issues reported after this timeframe will not be considered.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We regret that the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- Stitched or customized articles.
- International orders.
- Altered or customized products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Sale, sample, or marked “non-returnable/non-exchangeable” items.
4. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us within 24-48 hours via:

- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for exchange.
- A Rs. 1,500 exchange fee applies (delivery charges not included).
- If eligible, our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- Securely pack the item and include all original documentation.
- If your exchange falls under reverse pickup cities, a rider will collect and replace the parcel. If not, we will provide shipping instructions.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Exchange Options
Eligible exchanges can be processed as:
- Exchange for an item of equal value: Direct replacement.
- Exchange for a lower-value item: Store credit for the difference (valid for 30 days).
- Exchange for a higher-value item: Pay the price difference before processing.
- Store Credit: Equivalent to the item value, valid for future purchases.
Note: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it before processing the exchange.
6. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
- Customers must cover exchange shipping costs unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, even for faulty products.
- Exchange fee is separate from delivery charges.
- Delivery charges start at Rs. 350 (may vary by location and weight).
7. Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
